We work as a mediator for the employment of qualified personnel in the European countries, especially in Germany. We provide employment support for overseas companies in employing medical personnel such as doctors, nurses, caregivers; technical personnel such as engineers, technicians, software developers, vehicle operators; white-collar personnel such as financial, commercial, and marketing personnel.
We Have a Language Academy Providing Free Language Training!
We provide the candidates who do not know the target language with accelerated language training while their overseas paperwork is in process to close their gap in their language skills. Moreover, by returning the language training fees back to candidates who start their jobs through our company to make this process free of charge.
Through the physical campus of our group, Gebze American Life, and our remote education channels, we provide an excellent mediation for the employment of qualified personnel equipped with necessary language skills. That is why we are the most favorable in the field.
We Sign Protocols with the Universities in Turkey!
We continue to raise the number of universities in Turkey that we sign protocols with. Hereby, we train the students on the language of the country that they want to work in while they are still studying. Therefore, also by providing them with the courses they need for equivalency, we present personnel who have the necessary training, are fully equipped, know the target language, and ready to operate once they are graduated.
For example, in accordance with the protocol we have signed with Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University; German language training up to B1 level is given to students studying in the nursing department and home-care program, they are prepared by receiving additional courses in accordance with the German regulations, and they can directly start their jobs that await them when they graduate.
